RACE #3 - SPLASH 'N' DASH

WHEN: Tuesday, June 28 2016 - 7:30ish pm start (little later)

WHERE: Queen Elizabeth Pool

WHAT: 500m swim - 3km run

COURSE: 

SWIM - 500m (400m for 12-15) pool swim.  Max four athletes per lane. No rolling starts, pool will empty between heats.

TRANSITION - Just outside the pool on the grass.

RUN - Straight out and back westbound towards Emily Murphy Park on the trails.  Turnaround point is about half way to Groat Road. You will exit transition and hop onto the road right away and take the road under 109St bridge and then onto the path.  The path and roadway are not closed so keep your head up for pedestrian traffic.

VOLUNTEERS: If you are volunteering for this race please plan to arrive at 7:00pm.  When you arrive please check in at the United Cycle tent to be guided to your position.
